Our Management Program
M&M utilizes a total snow and ice management system that requires very little interaction
from our clients. We will design an agreement that meets your specific commercial,
educational, industrial, or institutional needs. Between our expertise in the snow
business and your demands, we will design the perfect program. Once we have
designed the program we will provide total management services. Anytime an event
occurs, we will automatically respond and service the location according to the
agreement details. We like to avoid any contact with our clients unless a problem should
arise.
1. Pre-Storm Treatments- Depending on the type of facility we are servicing, we
recommend our pre-storm service to prevent the early icing and slippery conditions.
2. Snow & Ice Clearing- Typically around 1.5" accumulation of precipitation, we will begin
to clear the walks, steps, parking lots, drives, & road ways.
3. Mid Storm Treatment- We may treat the facility mid storm after one or two clearings
depending on the following; type of facility, hours of operation, and current time.
4. Post Storm Treatment- Once the storm is over and we have completed clearing, we
will treat the surfaces again.
5. Ice Checks- Once an event has occurred, typically runoff from melting becomes an
issue. M&M will check your location for any hazardous conditions morning and night until
runoff no longer occurs. If it rains during the day and temperatures drop below freezing,
M&M will be out to check the site.
With years of experience servicing a wide range of clients, we have implemented this
system and have had great success. Since 1999 we have been handling snow
accounts and have yet to occur a slip and fall or injury lawsuit. In our eyes that is the
most import protection we can offer our clients and their consumers.
